Earlier this week, Axial named our very own Chief Operating Officer James Shearer as one of the best and brightest middle-market leaders among a wide variety of North American industries.

This Growth 100 list highlights the accomplishments of executives from middle-market businesses; of which only three individuals, including James, were from outside the United States. Such individuals were recognized in several categories including innovation, brand building, leadership style, customer experience, thought leadership, company culture and growth strategy.
