Travel Masters invited their suppliers to the Vancouver Club in Vancouver, Canada on April 18, 2013 for a night of appreciation and reflection of their great successes this past year. Representatives from Air Canada, WestJet, Cathay Pacific, G Adventures, to name a few, were present. They were joined by the Support Team and twelve Travel Masters agents as well.

“This night really represents our great relationships with our suppliers,” says Neil McMahon, Travel Masters’ Chief Excellence Officer. “We would not be where we are today without their tremendous support.”

A thank-you video for the suppliers was presented to those in attendance. The video also incorporated a short True or False game which gave the suppliers a humorous insight into life in a travel agency.

The representative with the highest number of correct answers took home a fantastic gift basket filled with gourmet treats. Erin Buttler from G Adventures had the honours of taking home the night’s prize. No one went home empty-handed, however, as each guest in attendance was also given their token bag of gingersnaps baked by Travel Masters’ Knowledge Concierge and Resident Baker, Kathleen Mitu.

Supplier relationships are a huge aspect of Travel Masters’ successes. It was a great pleasure for the Travel Masters’ organization and agents to show their appreciation for the efforts and energy their suppliers put into their work.
