What does it cost for your Travel Agent services?

“Planning” Fee = $50 / trip / family, couple or solo traveler (one destination for your dates)
*Guarantees dedicated attention to planning your trip.
*Non-refundable; required prior to quoting.
*Valid for 30 days. If trip is not booked within that timeframe after quotes and follow up, a new planning fee will be required to re-quote or change destination/dates.

Fee Includes:

  • Research and quotes for your destination that align with your dates/budget.
  • Flight itinerary where applicable.
  • Travel arrangements and bookings upon your approval.
  • Excursions/tour recommendations and bookings.
  • Liaising with suppliers (questions, confirmations, special requests).
  • Travel documents.
  • Destination guide where applicable.
  • Travel advice (health, visa entry requirements; Covid protocols; supplier policies; packing tips, etc).

Economy Flight Only Bookings (including quotes for the best price and itinerary; no charge for first class flights)

  • $75/person domestic
  • $150/person international

Hotel Only Bookings = $50/hotel/room

Multi Component Customized Independent Holiday = $150-$300 / trip / family, couple or solo traveler (not applicable to group trips)
*non-refundable
+ $250-$500 ‘Plan to Go’ deposit may be required for larger customized trips and applied to total cost of your vacation (required prior to quoting)
*non-refundable if you do not proceed with the trip

Post Booking Fees:

  • Name Change: $50 added to the supplier charge
  • Rescheduling/Modifications Change: $50 added to the supplier charge per component
  • Cancellation fee:  $100 added to the supplier charge

Applying Credits/Vouchers:

If you are wanting to apply any credits or vouchers (ie: WestJet dollars) there is a non-refundable fee of $200 at the time of booking. *Please note credits cannot be applied for initial deposits.

Can I get a personalized, custom tour itinerary built for my destination of choice?

You absolutely can! There are many amazing tour operators specializing in locations all over the world. We can work with them to get you exactly what you want, complete with airfare, transportation, tours and accommodation.

Once I receive my travel quotes, how soon do I need to book?

You should be prepared to book right away. If you approve the trip and pricing you’ve been sent, book as soon as possible. Pricing and availability is not guaranteed until you book.

If you are not ready to make a decision (ie: vacation time not approved), prices and availability will change, even within one day. Request quotes only when you are prepared to commit. Your planning fee expires after 30 days.

What happens if something goes wrong on my trip?

The benefit of having a Travel Agent is we’ve got your back. If anything should happen call your Travel Agent first for advice and assistance. We are here for you and can help you navigate the problem. It is also advised to always get travel insurance – trip disruption, trip cancellation, health, etc. Many things are beyond our control so it best to manage expectations when travelling, ie: flight changes, rooms not quite ready upon arrival, etc.

Can I use points to book my trip?

You can use any credit card, frequent flyer numbers and hotel rewards (where applicable) to earn points.

Do I have to pay for my entire trip up front?

Unless you are travelling in the very near future, you can often put down a deposit for your trip and the remainder can be paid at a later date. Your Travel Agent can discuss options. It can range from $250/person to 50% of the entire trip value.
