I bring over 30 years of experience in the travel industry spanning both the airline and travel agency sides of the business.

I’m adept at handling the travel needs of both large and small corporations and have also done a considerable amount of handling the demanding travel requirements of the film production industry.

I believe you can’t have an intelligent conversation about a place if you haven’t been there and have therefore traveled extensively throughout North America, the South Pacific, Asia, Africa and Europe. I’ve received specialist designations from the tourism authorities of Australia, New Zealand, The Cook Islands and Kenya making me an expert on these parts of the world. I keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry by reading trade publications and attending product training seminars and trade shows. I also hold the designation of Certified Travel Consultant from the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors.

I also have experience with both large and small ship cruising, having sailed on and inspected the ships of most of the world’s leading cruise lines.
