Travel Masters hosted its annual Supplier Appreciation Event Wednesday night, celebrating the company’s relationships with its travel, accounting, marketing and technology suppliers.  Barbara Jo’s Books to Cooks in Vancouver was a welcoming venue where over 30 representatives were treated to an inspirational culinary demonstration by the talented chef Max Straczek of Vancouver’s famed farm-to-table restaurant, Fable. Several guests volunteered to be sous-chefs for the evening and helped prepare easy-to-make Spanish tapas for all in attendance. Six Travel Masters Support Team members were present to thank their suppliers for all the great work they have done this past year.

“It can be easy to forget the important role of the relationship between our suppliers and our company,” said James Shearer, Travel Masters Chief Operating Officer. “An event like this one is our opportunity to say thank you to our suppliers, vendors and business partners for all they do for us.”

The feedback from the suppliers was wonderfully positive. One representative wrote, “I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for a great evening of inspirational cooking, networking and fun…the thought that you put into this event shows your commitment to truly stand apart from our industry colleagues.”
