Tonni is an absolute gem to work with! I was having anxiety trying to book my trip on my own so I reached out to Tonni and she just took over and did what I needed her to do and more! She is very attentive to my preferences/needs/budget and even after I landed in Costa Rica and my scheduled car was late, she was all over it in the late hours of the day and on the eve of her own vacation to make sure I was okay!
