Rima has been my travel agent for nearly 4 years and has booked me 3 huge trips including Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Japan in South East Asia, a beautiful resort on the beaches of Varadero in Cuba, and more recently Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Ireland in Europe. I have worked with Rima in person and remotely and she is by far the best travel agent anyone could ever ask for! She is extremely knowledgable, thorough, detail orientated and she ALWAYS has your best interests at heart. She will forever and always be my travel agent! I cannot recommend her services enough! The amazing and unforgettable memories and experiences I have gain throughout my travels are all thanks to her, and I most definitely would not have been able to do this without her help!
